Step-by-Step: Call Forwarding on Ooma Office
Option 1: Forward All Calls
Log in to your Ooma Office Manager at office.ooma.com.
Go to “Users” and select the extension or number you want to forward.
Click on the Call Handling tab.
Select the appropriate setting and enter the forwarding number we provided you (or use your unique forwarding line).
Click Save.
Option 2: Forward When You Don’t Pick Up
If you only want us to catch the calls you miss:
In the same Call Handling tab, turn on “Call Forward When Unanswered”.
Set how many seconds to wait before forwarding.
Enter your Special Interest Answering Service line.
Save changes.
Option 3: Forward on Busy
Forward to us only when you’re on another call:
Enable “Call Forward When Busy”.
Enter your dedicated line.
Save.

Test it. Call yourself to make sure forwarding is working.
